Dear NZ Veterans, after a quiet Christmas and New Year thought it would be nice to catch up with the boys for a bit of lunch and camaraderie.

Bruce offered to drive, which was nice, and at 96 he still has a current driving licence. Ken at 92 also offered to drive which would have been very exciting considering Ken is visually impaired.

Nevertheless, i did thank them for their kind offers and decided to let them relax in my car and enjoy the view.
